Mar 16, 2008 A Mes rate: Barrel at Sussex Beer Festival.
Very clean gold colour for a cider. Juicy and dry aroma with some nice notes of wood. Alcohol is a little on the raw side in the flavour but the apples are nice and juicy. Not as dry as I would like, it’s more like a medium but without the sweetness. Decent but not amazing.
