(swing top bottle) Hazy, dark amber colour with a beige and firm mid-sized foamy head. Yeasty, slightly cheesy/sweaty nose with notes of dark malt, caramel and a delicately nutty touch. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, rather light bodied with a modest carbonation. A tad slim dark malty start with slightly nutty notes, caramel and bread; sweet dark malty and slightly bitter hoppy finish with notes of caramel in the aftertaste. Just okay. 12.VII.16

Labels still look a bit improvised but I guess that’s okay for a new brewery. Dark brown, hazy, durable off-white head. Malty smell. Little bitterness, little sweetness, body rather thin for a Dunkles. Roasty malt, some nuts, earthy. Quaffable Dunkles.
