COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
JefferSon Brown Ale is a rich deep reddish-brown beer, where you feel the taste of the nut / caramel-like overtones, due to brewing with 5 different types of malt. Jefferson Brown Ale’s strong hop profile with notes of citrus, apricot and peach, is derived from particular hops and the many types of malt, which makes this beer a refreshing pleasure. Jefferson Brown Ale is a class safe for most dinner tables and ideal for cheese.

Sweet caramel malt aroma with a vaguely musty undertone. The taste is the same and also quite watery. This is in my opinion a rather distasteful beer!

Boring brown ale. A mix of Belgian taste and British tradiiton, but not giving much new to the genre really. Not bad - just bland. +1 for being organic.

Medium yellowish beige head. Clear deep dark brownish red body, like Coke. Grainy dusty aroma with roasty licorice and sugar notes. Lovely harmony. Dry-sweet grainy roasty strawy taste with wooden caramelized sugar notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, smooth mouthfeel, slightly slick. Dry wooden fruity caramelized sugar aftertaste with resiny notes. Some bitter edge to this. Really nice. (0.5l bottle, Kvickly, Ebeltoft.)
