Lightly hazed amber with a thin off white head.
Nose is dark malt, spice, berry fruit, slightly musty, dates, raisens.
Taste comprises dark fruits, sugars, prunes, dates, light spice, berry fruit, malt.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, fruity finish.
Ok.

31st October 2009 Post Borefts I Invasion of Fonefan and Charlottes room tasting! Hazy amber beer. Softish dry palate. Light and fruity, some malt with a pinch of spice. Finishes crisp.

Rating #667, flaske fra min kære moder, mærket som "Jefferson Merry Christmas Beer".
Uigennemsigtig ravfarvet øl, ok skum. Aroma af gær og hvede med en smule karamel og en snert af alkohol. Typisk weizenbock. Smag er ligeledes, dog også noget krydret humle og bær, måske jordbær. Tyk og cremet, faktisk. Ganske fin.
