3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: DEC 1, 2011 Wheat Bock from brewing empire Ørbæk. Slightly cloudy. Good Christmas beer which is sweet and spicy as they should be, without it becoming too much. Good flavor and thankfully no cinnamon or aniseed-flavored. Christmas beer as works good, but not fantastic.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A Mes rate. Bottle at Borefts 10am day after hotel tasting.
Murky amber orange with a lasting off white head. Something very English about this one and I can’t put my finger on it. All the usual caramel and spice that you would expect are there but there is a toally unexpected marmalade character giving plenty of fruity flavour and a little zing round the edges of the palate. Nice.

Bottled. An unclear orange-red beer with a light tan head. The aroma has notes of fruit primarily banana, wheat, and some caramel. The flavor is very sweet and very wheaty as well as lighter notes of caramel and banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. [thank you, Søren]
Pours quite muddy brownish amber with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, with wheat, coriander, cloves, light banana. Soft carbonation, fine creamy mouthfeel with some graininess to it. Sweet flavour, coriander, light oranges, some cloves. Fine, though to the sweet side. Very similar to Indslevs offering.
