COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Hop Dang Diggity Southern IPA will give you a full nose of Georgia pine aroma while the malty backbone provides for a perfectly balanced sweetness. Hopped up like a one legged chicken, this is not your standard “economical” IPA.

It is entirely likely that you may choose to not drink this IPA, but only breathe in it’s wonderful aromas... snap out of it and take a sip. Not too dry, but having just the right amount of sweetness to balance the bitter, then finishing with a refreshing clean that begs for the next taste. This hoppy style pairs well with any of your favorite spicy foods. 16° SRM 8.1 L

Slightly cloudy orange pour with a large, frothy white head. Aroma is primarily citrus with a bit of sweetness. Flavor has a lot of orange peel and grapefruit, even some apricot. Nice resinous, hoppy finish. Pretty big flavor, I likeit.

Slightly hazy gold pour with a generous off-white head. Juicy citrus hop and pine aroma. Resiny hop bitterness is delivered on a smooth palate. Nicely balanced. I’ll have another!

Draft at flying saucer Nashville. From notes. Loads of citrus, tropical fruit and mango. A little bit bready.

On tap. Excellent looks, with a large, laying foamy head over a clear body. Piney and fruity hops. Piney hops are not my favorites and that hurts the aroma rating, but the flavor is more appealing. Limited (moderate) bitterness for style.

On draft with dinner while in Alpharetta, GA. Recommended by a local. Pretty well crafted with plenty of pine hops and flavor.

Jekyll has nailed this IPA. The super Hop flavor makes this beer a favorite that stands up to all the best IPA’s

bottle at The Rookery / Macon GA ---Clear dark amber, bubbly 1" head, dots and blobs of lace. Taste is malt that is assaulted by citrus hops on the swallow. But, it isn’t over - as the hops move along, the malt fights its way back to share a little of the finish. A decent brew, but if not for the light malt return late, it would be completely hop dominated.

Medium Amber pour with 1 finger white head. Ruby red grapefruit forward with some nice bitterness that lingers on the palate. Very nice.

Another standard but decent Jekyll beer. Golden orange. Piney, citrus nose. Not too doughy, slightly bitter, good citrus profile, piney throughout. Clean mouthfeel.

Bottle or two from Grovetown Liquor, no bottle date. Pours a clear orangey copper with an off-orange head leaving some spotty lacing. Aroma has pine and citrus and caramel. Later a bit of fresh fruit comes too. Hoppy, but not hit-you-in-the-face hoppy. Taste is of tangy pine, some lemon, some grapefruit, and some sweet fruits, with a solid caramel backbone. A touch of earthiness. Medium bodied with only a touch of alcohol presence. Finishes sweetly tangy with a bit of bitterness, but more to the sweet side of bittersweet. Decent and fairly tasty, but nothing overwhelming here. 13.7
