Byens Hus, Jelling, DK. Tap, 250712. Amber with off-white head. Aroma of malt with flora and tone of sourness. Flavour shows infection and palate too with large bubbles.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is feuity, floral elderflower. Elderflower, almost light brett note. Bitter, floral, fruity and light leathery finish. Not sure this was intended, but the brett notes work on this one for me.

On tap. Pours a cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Tart and lightly spicy nose. Light-bodied, very dry with hardly any malt sweetness. The elderflower is fairly distinct however. Some lactic acid. The finish is dry but not bitter as such. 270712
