Bottled (thanks Bov!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild sour/tart wooden notes with some floral and some toffee. Flavour is toffee, sour/tart wood, some earth and mild grainy and gluelike notes. This beer has developed in a rather strange way, considering it’s a pils. Being warm and really shaken at some point? It’s been standing still for several weeks at my place.

Golden with a slight haze. Vaguely Czech-smelling with herbal hops. Mild bitterness, herbal continental hops and light malt in the background. Balanced, good pils.

Beershine (5173) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - JUL 29, 2011
Bottle. Pale gold, with small head. Actually smells a lot like a German pils with its bright grassy hop and underlying earthy malts. It has enough hops to carry through both into the aroma and the palate. Crisp, floral, and leafy with a soft palate. Tastes very fresh with a lovely balance. It’s a bit light and thin, but in a refreshing rather than faulty way--it’s very drinkable. There is not much fault to find, really. Respectable pils.

Draught at the brewpub, extremely hazy lemony colour with orangey streaks, resembles a wheat beer. aroma of honey and grass with hints of lemon with . Flavours of white fruit with a strong citrus acidity citrus. Quite dry and light bodied. A great thirst quencher but not a bohemian plisener but more a german one.

UPDATED: DEC 24, 2011 Re-rate 12/24/11: Bottle. Clear golden with a medium slowly-diminishing bubbly white head. Aroma of nice grassy noble hops and some grainy notes. Flavor has light malt sweetness and a good assertive dose of citric and grassy hops bitterness. Light to medium-bodied. Really nice and fresh. A lot better than how I remembered it. 7/3/7/3/14=3.4

Draught sample at the brewpub. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grassy noble hops, acetone and some bready maltiness. Sweetish flavor, a bit grainy, with a bitter finish. Medium-bodied. 6/3/6/3/12=3
