Ungstrup (11930), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 27, 2002 An amber beer with no head. It has an aroma of fennikkel og koriander and the flavor of cinnamon, fennikkel and koriander. A very fine beer. Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 1, 2005 Updated: Aug 1, 2005(Bottle 75 cl) I’ve had this beer years ago, but apparently Duyck has changed the recipe to "Nouveau Gout". Aromatized with oranges (artificially?) and it really shows. Almost a bit of Grand Marnier in this one too... Brown, almost chestnut-brown, not much head. Surprisingly light body for it’s strength. Bitterness only shows in the finish. 221203
