A medium strength variation of a Classic Pale Ale, that harps back to the late 1970’s with the proliferation of the Party Seven. The name is derived from its distinctive hue, created by the addition of Vienna and Crystal malts. Available March/April.
Cask at the Horse and Groom, Morley, Derby. Bright amber with a thick creamy white head; sweet and fuity aroma; smooth with a fruity malty body; with a dry biscuit finish.
