Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Gold with white head. Thin grainy malty beer, the discussion mentioned spelt, an old style grain, which means we couldn’t come up with anything else, a little dull unfortunately.

Cask @ The Hand and Flower, London. Pours clear golden with a nice white head. Aroma is malty, fruity, sweet, hoppy and floral. Flavor much like aroma. Finishes shortlived watery bitter malty.

Floral aroma. Small white head. Clear golden coloured smooth and a little thin on the palate. Fruity with a hint of dryness in a slightly creamy malt finish.

Cask, William Wygston, Wigston. Golden with an off-white foam. Aromas are light toast malts with lemon and gentle spices. Yeasty with hints of apricot. Flavours are thin lemon with cardboard and biscuit malts. Some sharp citrus with floral notes and yeast. A bit dull.
