A refreshing golden coloured bitter, brewed using pale ale malt and two classic varieties of English whole cone hops to give a delicate flavour and aroma.

Daek brown 500ml bottle 4.3%v/v. Poured a clear lightly carbonated chestnutwith great frothy white head and good lacing.Sweet toffee malt nose.Sweet malt flavour with biscuit notes. Quite a long bitter hop finish. Reasonably rounded mouthfeel. I would recommend this as a refreshing session bitter.

Copper, slightly hazy with a nice head. The aroma has notes of fruit, caramel/malt. The flavour has notes of caramel, fruit and a hint of citrus in the relatively bitter finish.

Bottle -- Clear yellowy amber with large dense head with good retention and good lacing. Prominant aroma of malt and hops. Next to no carbonation (although my bottle is past its use-by date) and medium palate. The flavour is oh so English, with hops and malt again. Very nice beer.

500 ml bottle. Golden amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. Toffee, bread, and fruity aroma. Starts acidic with some light caramel and bready malts, finishing with a lingering fruity and acidic bitterness. Medium bodied, lightly fizzy mouthfeel. Standard bottled English Bitter.

musky hops in the aroma. Very clear brew, yellow with a thin head. Good hoppy, wheat taste with a well balanced bitterness. Pleasant beer indeed. easy to drink, I would definitely drink this after climbing.

oxidised, slight woody hop aroma, slight caramel tone on the nose. Rich toffee and slight caramel taste, full medium bitterness, earthy tones. Not all that exciting. There are better examples of bitter out there.

Aroma gives floural hops, honey and some sort of biscuit malts. Taste i similar but has a slight bitterness that leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
