500 mL bottle. Very bitter, dry with cereal notes. Reasonable ale, and perfectly drinkable, but doesn’t stand out from the crowd. I remember the cask version being slightly better.

I’m trying hard to think of something to say about this one. Um, its refreshing and tastes of beer? It has pretty much no discernable character though, save for a slight lingering dryness.

500ml bottle from Tesco - Clear amber body with small white head. Aroma is grainy, malty, sweet with hints of floral hops. Quite a sweet, malty flavour with grains and hops. A moderate bitterness that doesn’t really last - bit of a watery beer too.

500ml bottle. Pours clear golden amber, short-lived white head. Light caramel and orange aromas, taste is more of the same. Medium body, sticky finish. Ok.

StueyD (1239) - Heacham, Norfolk, ENGLAND - SEP 22, 2014
A golden amber coloured beer with a thick and frothy white head. A biscuity malt led aroma, cereal and touch a hint caramel, then a slightly grassy hop aroma. Dry mouthfeel. A biscuity malt taste, caramel and cereal. This is then followed by a pithy, limey, citrus fruit flavour, that adds a sourness that lasts into the finish.

Bottle, best before 2015-05-31. I didn’t expect much from this and I certainly did not expect it to gush all over the place. Pours clear copper with a medium sized diminishing off white head. Nose has lots of vegetables, butter and toffee. Flavour has some toffee/caramel, butter, nuts, vegetables. There is a good deal of bitterness all the way through yet it has a sticky sweetness to it that wears off leaving a long light bitter finish. Some things work, but the flavour is close to unpleasant.

Bottle. Golden pour white head. Aroma slightly sour slightly musty malt aroma. Slight banana malty flavors. Good amount of bitterness. Finish has a nice bitterness bit I don't care for the banana sweetness that comes with it.

Bottle won for being Employee of the Month - YES IM STILL TALKING ABOUT IT. Rainwater bitterness. Sandy colour. Thin mouthfeel. Some sugar. Real bittersweet.

50cl bottle. Appearance - golden amber with a nice head. Nose - floral honey and cornflakes. Taste - pale malt and gentle toffee. A honey note comes through at the end. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a dry malty finish Overall - decent bitter.
