Cask at The Adam & Eve, Petty France, London. A straw coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Vague hoppy, malty aroma. Tastes slightly hoppy, malty, a little caramel with a slight bitterness. Not one to remember that’s for sure.

Cask - Was touted as a tart beer but this is anything but tart. Very dry taste, no malt sweetness or hops. Really a bland flavor on this beer.

Pours a clear golden color with a creamy medium white head. Aroma has light sweet straw notes with earthy and grassy hops...a bit of a stringent scent. Flavor is grassy/earthy and fairly bitter...stringent doesn’t come through in the flavor. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is dry and lightly hoppy.

Sampled close to its home, in the heart of the Lake District. Golden and slightly cloudy, with a good head and a creamy mouthfeel. Not much aroma; taste is mostly of malt, softened by a touch of caramel. Slightly bitter finish.
