Cask. Dark chestnut colour. Large, big-bubbled, stable head. Very malty flavour, but also quite sour. The flavour also has some fruitiness, but the sourness and bitterness overpower ir. Very roasted aftertaste with barley bitterness.

CASK at Charlies Copenhagen. Ruby colour with a small off-white head. Light sweet fruity aroma and a sweet caramel, dry, fruity taste. Medium body with a sweet bitter dry finish.

Hops, caramel and licorice in the aroma. Roasted malt flavor with coffee, toffee, licorice and hops. Nice and easy to drink for a strong ale.
