Im Antrunk ist das Bier in angenehm milden Maße cremig malzig, gleichzeitig kündigt sich im Hintergrund eine weiche Röstnote an. Zudem fällt das mittelstarke, mit der Zeit aber stark schwankende Hefearoma auf, aus dem zum Ende eine Herbe resultiert, die sich auf dem selben Intensitätsniveau befindet. Die Aromen sind zwar angenehm, könnten aber allesamtn noch stärker sein. Zum Ende etwas röstiger, sonst trocken malzig. Gelungen. 8/10/10/11/11/10

From Voldby, DK. Bottled, 191208. Brown with whote head. Aroma of fruit and malt. Flavor is caramel and some chocolate.

Dark amber colored with medium sized light brown head. Chocolaty aroma with sweetness dominating, slight nuts also. Nothing much else here. Medium bodied. Flavor is also chocolaty with caramel in start also, aftertaste turns to dry with chocolate and some hops. Well, decent brew here with not maybe the best balance.

Brown with off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with notes of roasted malt, caramel and spices. Sweet flavor with spicy notes along with roasted malt and caramel. Ends slightly bitter.

Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Large creamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Cloudy amber colour. Aroma of toasted malt, fruit, grain, spices. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated bitter and sweet flavour. Lingering dry and bitter finish.

Nice red-brown mahogany with a dense, creamy and golden head. The aroma is malty with notes of nuts and hops. The flavour is malty with notes of caramel, some nuts and a rather dry bitterness. I do not find the pine note, that the bottle describes. It’s very nice with a good lunch.

Cobber of color with a beige head. An aroma of caramel, apples and bitter notes. A flavor of bitternes and apples.

Chestnut body, clear, beige head; Very plain malt bitter nose, there might be a little fruity nut aromas well hidden behind; Medium sized soft body, soft carbonation, plain malty bitter; Long very malty bitter finish, plain malt aroma with a slight dry pine needle hop touch.

Bottle. High and lasting ceamy off-white head. Wonderful clear dark brpwm body. Powerful barley malt aroma. Barley maley malt with caramel and little extent of spicwsl. Flavor easy drinkable smooth and mild little betterness low carbonation and shor aftertaste- Sorry mates I do not get it. Average beer. Absolutely nothing special. Brewed for Ratebeerians who will taste even the worste ones ?

50 cL bottle, thanks to faroeviking. Pours slight murky brown with a diminished off-white head. Caramel malt and floral hops aroma. Slight breadish malt flavour with a subdued sweetness and a distinct floral set hops shining through - slight soapish. Mild herbal note from both honey and the pinewood needle note lingering in the finish.
