Actually a good lager with good lager aroma and foam. light and fresh as English ales.

Bottled. as Mekong. Aroma has grain, some crispy hops. Clear, yellow golden coloured with a white head. Taste is bit sweet, slightly bitter, has some grain/grass, some malts and a citric/spicy accent. Reasonable, but yeah... boring...

Bottled, Jensens Mekong. Clear yellow color, short head. Aroma of rye, hay, smelly grain and malt. Light bitter taste. Quite boring.

Bottle 50 cl. Large creamy white head with good lacing. Clear yellow body. Average malt aroma, light hop aroma of citrus and flowers. Light body and thin texture. The finish is bitter. The flavor is moderate sweet and light/moderate bitter.

Dark yellow colored, slightly cloudy appearance. Medium sized yellow head. Aroma is fruity with Danish vegetably yeastiness and flowers, some lemon and chocolate also here. Medium bodied. Flavor is crispy with flowery yeastiness and lemon also, aftertaste turns to dry and bitterly hopped with vegetables. Good pilsner.

500 ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden body with a small, fast disappearing white head. Aroma is refreshing, malty/hay. Flavor is light malty, slightly sour, traces of hops and caramel. Not outstanding in any way.

UPDATED: JUN 18, 2008 Bottle. As ’Jensens Mekong’. Pours clear golden with a big white head. Nice lacing. Grassy, hoppy aroma with notes of hay and malt. Sweetish, cereal flavour. Malt and hops. Dryish finish with lingering hoppy notes and a slight bitterness. 19-10-07.

Bottle. Pours a clear dark golden color with a longlasting off-white head. Fruity malty and slightly floral hoppy aroma. Fruity malty vitrus flavor with some hoppy hints. Sweet malty finish.
