COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A mild amber ale, custom made for Jeremiah's Tavern (Rochester) by Custom Brewcrafters. A tremendously complex, easy drinking Amber Ale, with a wonderful aroma that is a combination of clean hop and spicy maltiness. The spicy character comes from the Rye used, the key to the uniqueness of this special brew! We use Rye in this beer to give a spicy, peppery aroma and a clean, dry finish. Brewed with Pale Ale, Cara-Munich and Special-B Malts with Rye and Roasted Barley. The Liberty Hop is the only hop style used, and is used in 4 separate additions.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2007 This wasn’t really worthy of craft beer status. This was assembly-line amber. I am sure it was brewed to request by the folks at CBC but I was disappointed.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2008 [draft - 2004 Autumn Festival of Ales - Honeoye Falls, NY] Golden amber color with a white head. Very balanced aroma of hops and malt with a touch of sweetness. Smooth malty flavor that is mixed well with peppery hops. Crisp and refreshing finish.
