COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Jürgy’s Amber Ale is blended with barke variety 2-row malt and a pefect amount of caramel and wheat malts. This flavor is complimented by the dry hops added to the tanks prior to packaging. This lends a distinctive rich smooth flavor and aroma to this amber ale.

Bottle from riversideAK. Pours amber with small tan head. Light roasted malt and caramel on the nose. Flavor is sweet with touch of smoke, caramel and light roast.

Aroma of caramel malt, roasted malts, and a little bit of porter aroma. Very interesting aroma for am "amber". This looks more like a brown ale really. Color is a dark brown with a copper hue with a nice velvetty head that looks like a draft pour. Flavor is somewhat odd really. I get some roasted malt, a little caramel, a little bit of gritty earth, and a little bit of metal. Secondary flavors include a little bit of chocolate and a little bit of pine. Carbonation is rather low and there is a dry mouthfeel that lingers around. Strange.

12oz bottle-pours a light tan head and cloudy amber color. Aroma is smoky dark/medium malt. Taste is smoky and sweet, dark/medium malt-caramel/brown sugar, secondary earthy/floral hops. Interesting. Medium body. OK carbonation.
