Chestnut with a marbled tan foam. Glace cherry and ripe plum aroma rolled in cocoa and powdered milk- sweet, but good. Fine and lactic with a pleasant squidgy blend of nectarine and orange, molasses and milk chocolate-coated raisins. Rounded, tasty stuff.

Hazy reddish brown color, medium fluffy tan head. sweet, malty, roasted, berry, agave scent. Malty, alcohol, roasted, cocoa, grainy taste. Cocoa aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel though low co2. Medium bitterness.

Bottle. Murky brown color, medium light brown head. Aroma of caramel and raw bread dough. Taste is malt-o-meal and light spice. Not bad.

330 ml bottle a dark brown colored beer with a white head aroma malts spicy some hops and fruits flavor malts spicy fruits bitters hops and some caramel

33cl bottle 2 months after the best before date. Thick white head. hazy dark amber pour. Very nice beer

#1003 Die Steinie-Flasche hat ein biederes und schlichtes bräunlich-weiß gehaltenes Etikett. Im Glas schauts nach trüber Cola aus, nicht so doll! Der Schaum ist ebenfalls braun. Ein karamellmalziges Aroma, dass fett rüberkommt, macht sich breit. Im Antrunk dann frisch und vollmundig, gar nicht alkoholisch oder spritig. Sehr würziger Malzgeschmack, der im Abgang auch herb-kräuterig wird. Überraschend gutes Bier, dass seine Qualitäten hat! Test vom 29.11.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,11,11,8,11 - 10,25

(750ml bottle0 Pours a cloudy brown body with a medium cream head. Aroma of raisins, brown sugar, light roasted malt, and caramel. Flavor of raisins, yeast, brown sugar, dates, caramel, and earth.

Brown coloured beer with small brownish head and no carbonation visible. Roasted malty aroma. Full sparkling and creamy palate. Finish is malty, coffe like with bitter ending.

Darker brown coloured beer with some very light carbonation and a small brown head. Light malty sweet aorma. Medium to full light sweet palate. Finish is again malty sweet with a short touch of bitterness. Rather medium.

Pours a nice dark reddish amber color. Aromas of fruit, and some other hints, maybe some spices, maybe caramel. Flavor is a bittersweet, malty, and a hint of hops with a nice bittersweet finish.
