330 ml bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere.
Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma of sweet apricot and pale malts. Flavour of pale malts, spices, sweet apricot, floral hops and some hay. Medium bodied, quite high carbonation and a finish of malts and some mild spices. Average in every way.

33 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, BBE 28.06.2012
Rather weird and stale aroma with spices and something I cannot recognize. Flavour is also a bit weird and stale with fruitiness and hints of spices. Dry palate. Not very nice.

Clear blond coloured with lots of carbonation and a large white head. Refreshing hoppy light fruity hinted aroma with some malty herby touches. Full palate. Finish is light bitter, malty and short spicy hinted. Not bad.

Bottle 33 cl from L’Antre du Vaudrée - Liège (B). Blond with dense and short white foam. Aromas of wheat, culinary and medicinal keys. The taste is soft without being too sweet with hints of bitter herb. Average body, some chalky texture, fruity and vegetable well blended and light.

PotjeBier (1748) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - JUN 14, 2011
33 cl bottle @ home. Pours a golden color, a bit hazy, with a white head that lasts throughout. Aroma’s of candy sugar, some sweet fruit, hints of spices and hopbitterness. Flavor is slightly sweet. Body is on the thin side. Mild bitterness in the finish. I expected a horribly herbal/spicy beer, but this is actually quite a pleasant blond beer, albeit not very special.

Martinus (2914) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - JUN 9, 2011
Pale golden beer, with a pillowy white head, though rather quickly receding to some floating fluffs of foam. Malty aroma, yeasty, notes of spices, fennel, pepper and light paprika. Nose is resembling a good Belgian Tripel. Flavour is nicely malty, fruity, quite hoppy. Also reminding of a Belgian tripel. Some anis. Rather sweet, especially when the initial flavours subdue.
I was rather surprised by this beer, it seems a very decent and balanced brew, even though it contains seitan, herbs and cane sugar. Only flaws seem that the cane sugar sweetness is a bit too hard and unbalanced at times, and the beer leaves a rather prickly feeling on the tongue.
(from 33cL bottle)
