Pale orange beer, white head. Aroma very herbal, dried herbs, meatballs, vegetables, oregano. Light wet dog. Light sweet malty flavour, very herbal again, similar to the aroma. Not my favourite.

Pale, orange-tinted straw colored pour. Foamy white head that quickly dissipates, leaving ample lacing to prove it was there. A spicy, malty, vegetal aroma. Somewhat like cabbage. Taste is similar, but a bit maltier. A very carbonated bite. Thin and dry.

Draught @ OBM’11: Small white head on top of an almost clear orange colored beer. Smell charcoal, pencil, sharpened pencil and malts. Taste hops, malts, fruit and bitter. Bitter light fruity pencil aftertaste. Low to medium carbo, tingly mouthfeel, medium body and a light water/creamy mouthfeel.

UPDATED: FEB 4, 2013 Re-rate February 4th 2013. [Original rating: 8-3-8-4-15=3.8] Hazy yellow color, small to medium sized white head. Smell and taste have something weird in it that reminds me of rice and corn. Probably a mix of those herbs and spices somehow. Lightly bitter in the end. Medium carbonation, medium body.

Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head, some lace. Fruity, sweetish, herbal aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Pepper, peach, grassy hops, orange peels, alcohol. Not very herbal. Kind of lame.

Yellow-golden body that’s - when poured with the yeast - cloudy. Head looks soapy. The yeast also really changes the aroma. Starts with fresh cookie dough, lavender, green leaves, apple cider and ending with cheesy notes and banana. Easily drinkable but not overwhelming body. Little too watery - except again for the last yeasty bit - although fairly well balanced and not as sweet as I somehow expected from this herb-infused beer. Slightly dry aftertaste. In the end it’s a decent drink but nothing too fancy. (75cl bottle, 7,00 EUR)
