Biobier sampled from a bottle at BBF in Oslo. Slightly foggy, golden body under a lasting, white head. Sweet spicy aroma. Organic hops and rich herbal-spicy taste where a light note of garlic can detected. Fruity and yeasty ending. Medium to full bodied. Masked alcohol (10.04.2008)

Golden colour with a white head. Malty, sweet aroma with a light spicy note. Malty, light sweet flavor with a garlic spicy note. Light dry and spicy finish.

Bottle@BlindTastingSession. Sweet citrus aroma. Yellow color, light hazy, white head, good lace. Sweet, bitter, hint of citric sourness, citrus, light herbal. Nice body, high drinkablility. Less alcoholic than one would expect from a 8% beer.

ZBF08. Cloudy golden colour. Nice stable creamy white head. Spicy flavour, more like pepper. Quite malty. Good. Cannot taste any garlic, but nice.

Bottle. Light unclear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate yeasty, toffee, moderate to light heavy garlic. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (200208)

High and lasting creamy off-white head. Hazy amber body. Alcohol dominated hoppy aroma, complex and spicy. The balance between hops, fruityness and alcohol in combination with the high carbonation and long bitter aftertaste makes this beer interesting.

ZBF 2008 on the Saturday Some vanilla and hops on the nose of this nice looking golden/amber beer. Softness and creaminess combine with some sweetness and spices, but it’s the bitterness and fruits that start to push through and make this one quite a decent little beer.

Bottle. A golden beer with a big white head. The aroma and taste is malty and of hay and garlic. Medium body with a dry finish.

Bottle. Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white ehad. Sweet and spicy flavour of fruits and dried fruits. Sweet flavour of dried fruits and caramel with notes of herbs, spices and fruits. The garlic is (luckily) not evident.
