Bottle@BlindTastingSession. Sweet citrus aroma. Yellow color, light hazy, white head, good lace. Sweet, bitter, hint of citric sourness, citrus, light herbal. Nice body, high drinkablility. Less alcoholic than one would expect from a 8% beer.

High and lasting creamy off-white head. Hazy amber body. Alcohol dominated hoppy aroma, complex and spicy. The balance between hops, fruityness and alcohol in combination with the high carbonation and long bitter aftertaste makes this beer interesting.

ZBF 2008 on the Saturday Some vanilla and hops on the nose of this nice looking golden/amber beer. Softness and creaminess combine with some sweetness and spices, but it’s the bitterness and fruits that start to push through and make this one quite a decent little beer.

Bottle. Clear golden coloured with a medium sized white ehad. Sweet and spicy flavour of fruits and dried fruits. Sweet flavour of dried fruits and caramel with notes of herbs, spices and fruits. The garlic is (luckily) not evident.

Bottle. [Trade with yespr, Thanks buddy] I am not quite sure I understand the use of garlic. Not that I don’t like garlic, but just not in my beer. Large wiped cream head that mostly lasted. Cloudy orange – pale golden color. Excellent lacework. Aroma of garlic / herbal, yeast and spice with notes of grain, grass. Over the palate a feel of harsh garlic which is a very strange experience and a first time for me. Medium bodied with an average carbonation, hint of alcoholic texture. Light blend of bitter and sweet flavor. Light garlic finish just like when you wake up the morning after a heavy dosage of garlic the night before.
