UPDATED: SEP 11, 2009 Nice herb beer with good head, good aroma, garlic in balance. Maybe a little more stability between the different beverages from different dates.

Splurted out of the bottle, could barely get it in a glass before my table was covered in very nice smelling beer. Nice beer with tiny little flavors, but nothing special as someone else mentioned.

Hazy blond colour with thick head. Nice hoppy flavour at first then some sweeter, fruitier notes come through followed by a dry finish.

This herb beer tastes like a plain triple. Some laurel smell in the fine luscious head but not the taste, no garlic either.

On Tap. Had this at Take One cafe in Maastricht. Pours a murky golden colour with a small, non lasting head and little carbonation. Smell is very unique, absolutely a brilliant smell though. Can smell a whole load of bitterness there. The flavour on the other hand is also very bitter, but it’s just right, has a very dry aftertaste and goes down very dry too.

(33cl bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma of mustiness, yeast, hay, pepper, grass, and other herbs. Flavor of grass, fruit, light pepper, coriander, herbal, and a touch of garlic with a dry, somewhat chalky finish.
