[5/3/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Hazy golden. Funky and spicy aroma with some oak and fruits. Sour flavor, funky and lemony, with sweaty notes. Medium-bodied, rounded-mouthfeel. Really good and refreshing.

Draught at CBC. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy fantastic nice sour/brett aroma. Heavy bitter brett/fresh flavor. Long great heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Fantastic brew.

Tap @ CBC. Clear deep golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, little sour and a little tart. Flavour is malt, fruit, little sour, little citrus, little dry, little citrus, little citric and a little grapefruit.

Really light! A little cloudy. Really sour aroma. tastes sour as well, but not that much. Grain, bread white wine

Draught at CBC ’13. Almost clear golden liquid with small white head. Aroma of lemon, wood, spices, apples, light funk and white pepper. Taste is dry, light to medium sour and light bitter with notes of lemon, wood and pepper. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Nice stuff!

Draught at CBC 2013. ClEar golden beer with a small white head. Citrus aroma, grapefruit, yeasty, sourish, floral, hay, perfume. Grapefruit flavor, hay, perfume, floral, sourish, grassy, funky notes.

Pours clear golden color with a small head. Aroma of citrus fruits, yeast, some grass and barnyard notes. Flavour of citrus, mandarin, mild yeast, grass, nettle and goose berries. Nice balanced sourness.
