Pours yellow with no low white head Aromas of sour yeast, green apples hints of vitrus Nice balance between sourness and fresh fruity tones but still strange mouthfeel

Das uberkind - hazy gold, thin white ring, oily island. Lactic and light butter nose, mint hints and juniper. Lactic flavor is bright peach through meaty mid, earthy smoke hints before it finishes with light newspaper, ethanol, butter, and peach. Fizzy beer, odd profile. 847314

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of fruits, yeast, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, yeast, lemons, and straw. The body is light. The aroma promises more than the flavor can live up to.

750mL thanks to nimbleprop. Pours a full haze lighter orange, weaker foam. No real formation. Acid cut- okay. Nose is squashy noble hop, stickier cantaloupe, caramel, mild butter. Moves back and forth between something like tomato and sticky American bourbon and then Cable Car style Brett C pineapple. On and off between a 6 and an 8 for the aroma. Taste is salty, tart, sharp tangerine juice, fresh cantaloupe, fresh heavy acid pineapple. Palate is the highlight- quenching, zippy, very lactic and clean. Well integrated. Jester King is definitely impressing me more and more with their sours.

Bottle shared by nimbleprop. Pours hazy gold with a medium, fizzy white head, medium retention with excellent lacing. Aroma is spicy and earthy hops with wheat malt, lemon notes, cedar notes and barnyard yeast. Flavor is malt forward with medium hops and bitterness, fruity esters, wine and cedar notes with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation.

Oh yes, this is that good, maybe better. Pours cloudy golden color. Aromas of funk, spice and apricot. The flavors are similar to the aromas with some bread and just a hint of butter or cream. The mouthfeel is lovely with lots of effervescence and just the right body. Overall this is a truly solid beer, I had it aged as well and it only gets better with time. Seriously good!

Churchkey saison fest. Nose has a faint acidity. Flavor is mildly acidic with a dry earthy funk in the background. A bit of a floral background. Touch of hay.
