Bottle thanks to Richy at RBESG 2014 Grand Tasting. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The nose is fresh, funky, orange peel, sherbet, lemon peel, wood and sour candy. The taste is crisp, tart, sherbet, candied peel, light acidity, green apple, lemon, barnyard, brioche and orange muffin. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Balanced and very drinkable. Great stuff.

Sour and nice saison that is perfect top sip on a warm summer day. Just what i needed, Bottle is 1 year thou so the acidity is stronger. Soft carbonation, oily texture

Not a sour, really a saison. Nice aroma - grass, citrus. Taste was light, good amount of carbonation. light citrus and then tartness - no bitterness or much funk and not sour. good for summer; just not a tart beer liker

Bottle to glass. Batch 15 - 2/25/14. Pours a hazy light yellow with champagne like white head. Aroma is funky, with yeast and tart notes. Hops come through a bit with some tropical fruit, peaches. Smells delicious. Taste is lightly tart, slight vinegar, slight salinity. Funky. Some citrus, slight grass. Lightly fruity. No real bitterness. Very smooth. Palate is light body, heavy carbonation. Overall this was a fantastic beer, not overly sour but what tartness is present lingers on the palate. Would be great on a hot day. Well done.

750ml bottle from the brewery via Anthony at a brew night. Pours hazy yellow, no head. Light sour aromas, spice, lemon, hint of the oak. Taste is complex, lots going on, whilst also refreshing. Lovely stuff.
