Bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a white head. Aroma is quite tart with lots of sour lemon, white grape, light pineapple, sour strawberry, oak, some musty old funk and barnyard, pear and apple. The flavor follows the nose and is quite sour, with lots of lemon and white grape, subtle pineapple and melon, the sour strawberry, oak, vinous notes, pear, apple and the funk of barnyard and musty old flavors. The body is light with a dry mouth feel. Overall a really tasty Sour!

Bottle. Aroma is dominated by a bright, fruity acidity which is fairly distinctly strawberry, possibly some raspberry. Cloudy gold, little head. Flavor is similarly dominated by underripe strawberry sourness and a mild funkiness. Finishes bone-dry. A very simple wild saison, just enough sourness to punch up some of the less prevalent notes. Highly drinkable.

A pale yellow color with a tall white head. Starts off with a mild lemon nose and some tart melon. Great wine aroma and a moderate funkiness, mostly straw and grass, maybe a hint of must. The flavor is more enjoyable than the nose. Great lactic tartness with some white grape, wine, and a hint of green apple. A light citrus note, plenty of straw and grass, and a bit of oak. Really an all around great beer.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle is hazy orange with nice fluffy white head, aroma has notes of nice lactic, hints of oak, lemon, touch of white grape, touch of pear and biscuit notes, hints of slight funk. Taste is a nice mix of sour lemon and lactic, touch of biscuit, bread, and pear notes, hints of grape, finishing fairly sour. Nicely done, but the saison is pretty much gone.,

Tangy, lacto acidic, lemon, orange, tangerine citrusy fruity, light wine, oaky flavor with a dry, lightly vinous finish. It’s hard to detect the whiskey.
