Draft - Lemon, grass, passion fruit and funk. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Lemon, dishwater, slight sour funk, oak and a bit of pepper. Smells great, doesn’t taste quite as good.

On draft at Jester king. Pours a light yellow almost off white color. Taste is very light and floral. Hints of oak. Bits of lacto here in there. Extremely light and quaffable

Had during a bottle share at Pinglehead Brewing in Orange Park, Fl. One of the funky-est brews I have had. Great fruity sour flavors, lacks maturity and depth.

Really nice oaky sour with nice noble hop bite at the back end. Lactic tartness and some lemon, funk, grass, and herbs. Nice beer.

750 ml. bottle. Pours a thin, poorly retained off white head, over a cloudy orange gold (SRM 6) body.....nose is light fruit with pear apple tones, hints of barnyard funk, light cereal.....taste is mild sour, lightly tart, hints of wood, light fruits pear apple, finishing with light sour....mouth feel light of medium, carbonation high with a clean acid finish. The pleasant sourness is somewhat too dominant for a Saison, and the malt backbone in both aroma and flavor is a bit too hidden. I did not detect the barrels. The net is a nice quenching, refreshing Sour that falls into no category except to be pleasant to consume. BJCP 7/3/13/4/6

A - pours hazy honey with no head. S - hoppy. Nelson hops. Musty, catty, lemony, yeasty. Floral notes as well. Hints of white wine and wet oak. M - dry vibrant and light. Hoppier than I expected. Bitter end. Lightly tart. T - drinks clean. Bitter grassy hops, Nelson hops. Light catty and musty notes. Lemon juice and yeast on the palate. End is bitter hops, mineral water and lightly astringent. The lemon juice and grassy hops through out. O - nice dry hoppy saison. 3.8

750 ml bottle shared by b3shine Dec. 2012. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor had a tingly tart fruity character with citrus and white grapes, some apple juice, woody, acidic, very mild whiskey notes, drying at the finish. Good flavor up front, but fades a bit at the end. Still, solid for 4.5%.
