Feb 2014 bottle. Poured slowly to a clear straw golor with a small bubblywhite head. Aromas of yeast, funk, hay, fruits, and floral. Flavor was funky brett, hay/straw, tart cherry, and a bit of earthy and wood notes. Body was light with a thin texture. Carbonation was very high and fizzy and bit the tongue a bit. Bottle via trade. pours out a decent, somewhat cloudy orange color with a small white head. Aroma is of some funky yeast, light plastic-like brett, some sweet floral notes, mild lemon peel. Taste is of light grains, not as much funk as in the aroma, but it is there. Body is pretty light, some mild tart citrus, basement, plastic, funky/tart yeast notes.

Had with Bruce from a bottle he picked up at a gas station in Austin and generously shared. Pours a clear golden with two fingers of foamy head. Aroma is yeasty with lots of citrus and some funk. Really nice aroma. Flavor follows with lots of citrus, especially orange peel, and nice bitterness. More funk. Very light and refreshing and bursting with flavor. Really nice beer. Enjoyed this almost as much as the company of Bruce.
