EtTuCthulhu (1281) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - APR 3, 2015
The beer pours a very clear light yellow with a large white behead that disappears quickly. The aroma blends Belgian yeast with light orange peel and earthiness; it?s light in the nose, but it still has a nice, unexpected depth. The taste is slightly sweet and a touch sour with flavors of lemon and bread yeast. The palate has a light body, slick texture, and an average carbonation, and the aftertaste is light with really only the dance of carbonation lingering.
