750ml bottle from Kihoskh. Hazy golden, dense white head, rich sticky lacing. Fruity aroma, red apple, ripe pear, mild funk, hay and barnyard. Really soft mouthfeel, medium carbonated. Mild funky and fruity taste, ripe red apple, earthy, hay and barnyard. Well-made.

Hazy yellow, wispy white head. A aroma of white grape juice, spice, funk. Lots of sour straw, sweet breadiness, mild earth and more white grape in the finish. It has a lot going for it considering the abv, but probably not my type.

Light opalescence, golden (EBC6) with a frothy white head. Aromas of funk, straw, barnyard, faitn raspberry, dried earth, brioche develop. Softly CO2 propelled, mild texture with light effervescence and a medium body. Brioche sweetness paired with a well structured woody/earthy hop bitterness making it rather refreshing and a good table companion in general. Light dry medium lasting finish. Good balance at such abv.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a large white head with good retention. Wheat, light banana, citrus, flowers and hay in the nose. Flavour follows with wheat, hay, flowers, citrus, light barnyard, dust. Light body, watery texture, lively carbonation, mild sweet, medium bitter. Dry finish with fruity notes. Refreshing.

Bomber into a tulip. Pours a hazy light yellow, with a medium white head that lasts. Nose is grain, yeast, and a faint whiff of funk. Taste is malty, biscuity up front, giving way to a slight funk on the finish. Not really tart at all. Pleasant enough session saison.

Much of a 750ml bottle at The Sovereign in DC. Poured a hazy yellow straw color with an off-white head. Aroma was floral notes, light strawberry fruit, stonefruit. Light grain. Very mild in aroma and flavor. Enough funky character makes this an interesting brew.

ryecatcher (1336) - Bridgeport, Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 14, 2016
750 mL bottle. Hazy, pale straw yellow pour with a frothy white head. Nose is funky barnyard, light citrus, minerals, band aids, white pepper. Mouth is medium bodied, light tartness, creamy, dry and bready, citrus, grass, yeasty spice, balancing bitterness. Goes down like water... really really good water. Totally crushable.

Ripe fruity taste. Mild yeast and lemon flavors. For the low abv it has a surprising full taste. Big fan for that reason. 22oz bottle poured at Lakehouse on the dock
