750 mL bottle. Hazy, pale straw yellow pour with a frothy white head. Nose is funky barnyard, light citrus, minerals, band aids, white pepper. Mouth is medium bodied, light tartness, creamy, dry and bready, citrus, grass, yeasty spice, balancing bitterness. Goes down like water... really really good water. Totally crushable.

Ripe fruity taste. Mild yeast and lemon flavors. For the low abv it has a surprising full taste. Big fan for that reason. 22oz bottle poured at Lakehouse on the dock

Batch 18 bottle. Thanks to VanJamer @ BA for this bottle! Long overdue to sample this one... Pours a lightly hazy golden with a medium white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of unfortunate creamed corn but also some pepper and fruits. Taste is dry of course and peppery too. Some crackery cereals and a moderate bitterness. Pils. Rustic. Tasty that’s for sure. Body is light and carbonation moderate. Never watery. A fine low ABV option that would have been really nice without that pretty obvious DMS.

Nice farmhouse beer. Aroma is very inviting but there is a flavor and palate astringency that affects drinkability.

Bottle from a Whole Foods in Houston. Has a floral, perfumey aroma with some bugs. Dry, funk-forward, herbal continental hops. Quite American. Nice flavour, very refreshing.
