Very subtle, light citrus light grass, Brett is subtle. Ends with citrus. For a low ABV table beer, very simple and easy. Big flavor at a low gravity.

Taste comprises lemon squash, wood must, light yeast strains, citric tinged straw. Light to medium body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an earthy citric wash.
