Pours a champagne color, hazy and ’ bubbly ’. Nose is yeasty, slightly tart with barnyard funk. Very light, not surprisingly so with the ABV , with some mild yeast and spice. Finishes on the light side as well with a mild spicy, yeasty sour finish . Too light for my palate. Quaff Score 7 / 10

Bombed. Pours a very light, hazy yellow with a white head and aroma of sour, bratty notes. Taste is very light with subtle brett and sour, tarty notes leading into the slightly tart finish.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a glass. Translucent pale golden with medium white head. Aroma is yeasty, medium body, medium carbonation, and thin small-bubble lacing. Taste is yeasty and grainy. Taste is yeasty grainy, kind of plain.

Sampled via bottle at WTWBA 2014 in Minneapolis. Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Soft wheat and lemon. A little herbal. Pretty solid.

Hazy straw with a generous pillowy white head. Sharpish hay and slightly sour herbal nose. The flavor has some earthy funky hay and Pilsner and a light funky sour twang. Meh.

Pale yellow with a white head. Nose is funk, yeast, lightly sour. Easy palate, yeast, florals, crisp, not much else

Bottle: Murky, opaque pale straw body with a soapy white film & collar on top. Sour wheat, lemon, mineral water, musty hay, mild stone fruit, & a touch of funkiness on the nose. Taste is a touch thin, but it’s 2.9% ABV, so what do you expect? Still plenty of delicious flavor. Hard water, tart lemon flesh, sour wheat, musty hay, & touch of wood. Almost creamy body. Crisp, dry finish. A light beer, of course, but tasty & exceedingly easy to drink.

Light yellow, lemon and hay nose with a touch of funk. tAste is great. Very thin but has a lot of tart wheat lemony notes.

Batch 11. Pours clear pale yellow with small white head that fades quickly. Aroma is mega earthy/funky brett and lemon peel with light peachy notes, sweet tarts, and earthy hops. Taste is orange and lemon peel fading into grain, earthy brett, and a prominent hop bitterness. Somewhat plastic-y and metallic finish. Decent but I think I preferred the earlier batches.
