COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We’re pleased to announce the release of our latest beer – Le Petit Prince Farmhouse Table Beer. Le Petit Prince is a 2.9% ABV farmhouse table beer brewed with pilsner malt, two row malt, pale malt, pale malted wheat, a touch of Caramunich and acidulated malt, lots of Czech Saaz, East Kent Golding and/or other hops (depending on availability) and farmhouse yeast. This is a beer we’ve been excited about for quite some time now, as we believe that it’s a clear, simple expression of the delicate, delightful interplay between noble hops and farmhouse yeast.

This is an outstanding session beer. Lemony nose, clean taste with more beer flavor than you would expect for a low ABV beer. I enjoy drinking this beer more than any other jk beer, and i love this brewery.

From a 750ml bottle into Chimay glass.Hazy golden color with a small white head that disappears pretty quick. Aroma is of citrus, a little funkiness from the yeast, banana, wheat and a little maltiness. Taste is banana, wheat, hay. Nice low ABV beer for sure, very refresing!

750 ml bottle from a buddy in Texas- thanks again, Bryan! Pours a hazy, pale yellow-gold with a minimal white head. Aroma of banana, sweet and pale malts, wheat, grass, and floral notes. Flavor of sweet and pale malts, banana, straw, wet grass, wheat, and faint herbs. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a smooth, light mouthfeel. Really nice low-ABV beer.

Lightly hazy golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of toast, hay, light honey, and grassy hops. Taste of toast, light toffee, and a lightly bitter finish.

Pours clear light yellow with a nice creamy tannish white head. The aroma brings light, crisp, sweet malts. The light flavor of blander barley malts with just a tad of the Saaz hops to say hello.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering Ulfborg, 2012. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Citrus and grain. Some citra hops. Fresh and dry. Nice quaffer.

750 from Capone’s and Blue Dog. Pours turbid gold with 1-finger white head. Nose is limey citrus, funky yeast, floral spice..smells like a Belgian wit. Tastes limehy, citric, with coriandery spice, pale malt, funk. This one tastes like an above average witbier, and I cannot believe what they’ve done with this 2.9% ABV beer. Amazing, and one of the more unique styles I have ever had. Waters out a bit late as it warms in palate heft and complexity, but the first half knocked my socks off.

This is like a light beer commercial flipped, less taste less booze less filling. I get the attempt again but the flavor suffers.

25.4 oz bottle. Foggy yellow with a white head. Nose is yeast, lemon and light apple. Crisp and creamy with biting carb. Taste is grass, lemon pith, wheat and club soda with hints of mango maybe. Simple, lovely, easy drinking.
