COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We’re pleased to announce the release of our latest beer – Le Petit Prince Farmhouse Table Beer. Le Petit Prince is a 2.9% ABV farmhouse table beer brewed with pilsner malt, two row malt, pale malt, pale malted wheat, a touch of Caramunich and acidulated malt, lots of Czech Saaz, East Kent Golding and/or other hops (depending on availability) and farmhouse yeast. This is a beer we’ve been excited about for quite some time now, as we believe that it’s a clear, simple expression of the delicate, delightful interplay between noble hops and farmhouse yeast.

Bottle. Very light and refreshing. Mild taste, very balanced - but I wouldn’t mind a stronger version. Saison-like taste.

Best low ABV beer ever courtesy my July Secret Santa. Thanks! Aroma was big and full. Strong noble hops and yeast smell. Like a good saison. Pour was a beautiful hazy light yellow. Almost no color at all. Small white ring for a head. Taste was very full for a low ABV beer. Great balance of the noble hops and farmhouse yeast. Near perfect actually. Nice carbonation. Very complex beer. This beer opened my eyes to the fact that a beer can be low ABV and still be delicious. Would love to find more of these.

Trade from rougeau13 - thanks!Cloudy yellow, thin white head. Smells like freshly baked bread and lemons. Slightly watery, but kind of works here. Flavor is a rather yeasty, with some citrus notes. Nicely flavorful, and only 2.9%...

Poured from a bottle received from Errl. Thanks! Pours a hazy yellow with a fizzy white head of foam. Great retention. The aroma has a ton going on with estery notes, earthy hop profile, some malty bitterness. It reminds me a lot of what would happen if you brewed Hefeweizen that and a Saison yeast. Taste is mildly sweet and estery while keeping its verge of bitterness going throughout. This beer is actually really good. Highly recommend trying it if you get the opportunity.

750 ml bottle 7/25/12 (Whole Foods-Austin Pours a cloudy yellowish orange with a small white ring for a head. Aroma of yeast, clove, and spices. Taste of spices and nothing. In this light bodied brew I was expecting a lot of flavors but was dissapointed. It is not bad but lacking flavor.

Bottle:   Straw in color, darker as we near the bottom of the bottle, moderate to large sudsy white head, spotty lacing.   Somewhat of a barnish wheaty nose, soft grassiness, as well as very minor straw/hay.   Rather flavorful on the tongue for such a low alcohol brew.   A bit musty, barnish, with straw, hay, but moreso a wheaty aspect.   Seems fairly bright too.   Only a minor buzz given the large bottle.   Clean, flavorful, and probably a really relaxing beer when you don’t want too much or need to get back to work.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Very clean, simple, and flavorful for a table beer.   Great stuff!   Thanks for the bottle Bill!

Bottle, 75 cl. Cloudy yellow with a small, creamy white head. Aroma is wheat, light farmyard, hay, flowery hoppy, comomile, orange peel, citrus. Taste is initially light sweet malty leading to a more crisp, dry, light bitter, citrusy, yeasty finish, slightly astringent. Watery texture, refreshing. My kind of "table beer".

750 thanks to SPDickerman. Pours a nice orange yellow. Tart. Lemon. Yeasty without being too much. Nicely hopped. This is really good. At this ABV, it is also truly sessionable. Very refreshing.

Bottle at Craft Beer Co Brighton. It pours lightly hazy straw yellow, with a medium white head. The nose is spice, wheat, orange, tangerine, soap, sweaty sock and farmyard. The taste is hay, straw, wheat, spice, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, spice and tangy fruit. Light body, fine carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Flavoursome and very drinkable stuff indeed!
