Clear dark black brown colour with virtually none head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, beery, malty, barrel - earthy notes. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dark malt, dark chocolate, artificial sweet and artificial berries ? maybe it is the chipotle pepper. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120928]

75 cl bottle at Borefts. Pours pitch black with a small tan to brown head. Aroma is dense malty and whiskey. Thick malty, light fruity and caameoish to breadish, mld choclate note too. Bitter and dry roasted malty finish.

Sweet and roasted aroma of dark choclate with notes of vanilla and cocoa powder.
Sweet and roasted flavour of dark chocolate and cocoa powder with notes of oak.
Roasted finish.

Bottle. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty coffee and chocolate aroma with woody hints. Roasted malty coffee and chocolate flavor with weak spicy chili hints and woody bourbon hints. Has a roasted malty woody coffee and chili finish.

Boreft Beer Festival 2012. Black with a small off-white head. Aroma of bourbon, chocolate and mild coffee. Big and sweet roasted flavour with chocolate and coffee, a vineous alcohol touch and some oaky tannins in the finish

From bottle @ Borefts 2012. Almost black, opague. Malt, roast, chocolate, oak and bourbon in the aroma. Malty sweet roasty flavor, boozy with whisky notes and some raw alcohol. Not a trace of the peppers, I’m glad to say.

Bottled. Pitch black coloured. Dense dark brown head. Aroma: Roast, bourbon, pebber, vanilla, coffee. Flavour. Roast, coffee, vanilla, chili, wood, chocolate, vague smoke. Medium to full bodied. Ends Roasted bitter with a light chili touch.
