Pleasent aroma of american hops and fucky tones. The taste is similar. Dry finish. Low bitterness.

Aromă cu aciditate și fructe plăcută belgiană, dar gustul cu aciditate și amăreală e mai simplu.

750 ml bottle. #15. Bottled on July 16 2014. From saveurbiere.com. Cloudy pale golden color with a small white head. Fruity hops, moderate bitterness, mild yeast, yoghurt and mild sourness in the aroma. The flavor is sourness, mild tartness, berries, yoghurt and some hops. Strong carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with off-white head. Aroma is bready and caramel malts, floral notes, citrus esters, faint spice, and farmhouse yeast esters. Flavor is dry and malty with subtle hop presence, good yeast character, and faint spice. Medium body.

750 ml. bottle split with Kraddel @ Rampkrot. Batch 15. Bottled on 16/07/2014. HUGE GUSHER – sadly. Hazy citrus, collapsing bubbles. Nose is lemon, almost cider-like funk, mellow funk, green apple, touch soy yoghurt, mellow, fruity, very light tartness. Taste is green apple, barnyard, very mellow, almost rustic cider-like, light soap, touch light fruity hops, light funk, straw,… Drinks like water. Perfect super-easy rustic farmhouse beer. I love it. Go Jester King, go. Too bad about the gushing ‘though.

b15 . Pours unclear yellow, with a small white head , after gushing all over my poor bar ... Smell is slightly sour, funky, bit dry, with a sweetness to it as well ( from the malts ) . Taste is sharp sour, but a honey undertone . rather plain , but still good .

Bottle from Lawson, Batch #11, September 9, 2013. Pours a pale straw, little to no head, aroma grassy with some citrus undertones. Body slightly tart, some dry notes, finish grassy/citrus rind. Good, but not worth seeking out again.
