Earthy noble hops and rustic farmhouse yeast create an elegant balance in this dry and drinkable golden ale. Naturally carbonated through re-fermentation in the bottle.

Botella. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Yeasty, some spice, citru fruity aroma. Good mouthfeel. Fruity citrus spiced and yeasty like flavour. Pleasant.

Bottle at Eulogy. Orange amber pour with a foamy white head. Grassy. Slight funk in the nose. Wildflower honey. Tangerine zest. Lemon thyme. Dried flowers. Some juiciness but also very dry. Nice fragrant brew. Bit more of a full Saison, than a Farmhouse. Lots of flavor.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a big white head, excellent retention/lace. Aroma of sour/ yeast, grass, sourdough bread, medicinal notes. Taste is moderately bitter, grassy/spicy hops, medicinal notes, big black pepper, sourdough bread. Palate is lively, slick, bitter finish.

For sale in Alberta? Beer distribution can be weird. Cloud and hazy dark amber with strong probability of tiny paticulate. Nice foamy merangue head and thick bubbly lace. Aroma of Belgian yeast and field = Saison, soft with faint spice. Dry, nice bodie, powdery spice, a bit of lemon. The server (Me) has this a little cold so I will hold the finish of the rating for 15 minutes to warm......as it warms the pepperiness really picks up...a little bit of soapiness as well. Store it upright and leave settled or the dust picks up big time.

(Bottle). Aroma and taste of yeast, floral and grassy hops and some sweet caramel and malt. Especially the yeast is prominent in the taste. The aftertaste is a little citrus toned and dry.

Bottle. Low but lasting fluffy white head. Semi hazy dark yellow body. Fruity and pretty hoppy grass caramel aroma. Hops dominated fruity relatively light grassy flavor with sweet caramel notes. Low carbonation and a long but not strong bitter finish.

25.4 oz bottle. Cloudy orange with a snowy white head. Nose is yeast, grass and honey; lovely. Oily medium body with a zing. Taste is candied lemon peel, grain, green banana and grass. Solid but not so special.

Bottle poured into a tulip glass. Pours hazy orange with a 1" white head. Nose is orange citrus, pine, floral...very nice! Taste is well rounded, wheat with a hoppy finish. Very well done. This is a great summertime light and easy drinking beer.

Bottle. Nice hazy amber pour with plenty of head. Aroma is very musty with notes of European hops. Taste is slightly grassy, very clean with just a bit of a hop lift. Very easy to drink. Would have thought this would be in the saison style.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle received from Errl. Thanks! Pours a hazy light copper color with a relatively large white head of foam. Very good retention. The aroma is lightly spicy and hoppy with some sweet esters coming through just slightly. Taste is more of the same with more attention placed on the bitterness at first and moving toward a lighter, spicy side at the end.
