Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a huge and frothy white head leaving quite some lacework. Dry fruity and yeasty aroma. Light body, extremely yeasty, an almost tannic fruitiness leading to an astringent finish. 100912

Bomber. Poured hazy pale gold with a large white, dense head. Aroma was lots of spicy, floral noble hops, some earthy yeast, and some wheaty notes. On the tongue, the noble hops accentuated quite nicely the spicy, earthy, mildly bitter farmhouse yeast. A subtle, very drinkable beer. "Elegant" -- as per the description -- is quite apt. I’ve never had this combination -- farmhouse ale with noble hops -- and I like it a lot. Cool label, too.

750 ml bottle from Bryan in Texas- thanks again, Bryan! Pours a hazy gold color with a small white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of grassy hops, pale malts, farmhouse funk, lemon citrus, and floral notes. Flavor of lemon citrus, funk, pale malts, straw, herbs, and grains. Light-medium bodied, with high carbonation and a crisp mouthfeel. Nice hoppy Belgian ale.

Appearance: yellow clear with rough carbonation and a thin white head. Aroma is light and earthy. spices hay grass dirt Taste is light like the aroma with little sweetness Palate is thin and dry somewhat prickly overall: a good farmhouse ale not great by any stretch. Lacking a lot of the more pleasant esters and notes of a farmhouse ale, replaced by most of the backend notes.

Pours orange and hazy. Head consists of large bubbles. Nose is moderate spicy phenolics and esters with notes of black pepper and a generous amount of lemon or lime citrus rind and floral hop notes. Flavor is dry with some bready like sweet malt flavors. moderately carbonated. Definitely hop forward and subdued in the belgian ester and spice characteristics. Pretty nice beer.

The aroma brings beautiful sweet wheat and grassy notes. The Belgian ale pours unclear golden with a light orange amberish hue and big creamy white head. The flavor brings the bitterness of the noble hops to the forefront with the Belgian yeast there but not dominating as usual.

Hazy, yellow-gold with big, flotsam, white head / Bright, floral, delicate nose of lemon, grain, and spice / Light to medium body, acidic and lightly sour, lively carbonation, dry with just a hint of sweetness, excellent balance and bitter finish / Flavors of lemon, geranium, straw, pineapple, and coriander / Lovely, stylish, dry summer ale. Possibly a little light on the fruit, but I quibble.
