3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle:   Dark straw, orange hued and dirty, large frothy white head, fairly nice lacing.   Musty nose, a little dank and basement like.   Also an assertive semi-sweet hop nose, somewhat like a Pale Ale.   Minor citrus and floral background.   Musty on the tongue, dusty, with a dull floral based hop flavor.   Feels spritzy on the tongue, body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Dusty and barnish spritzy Pale Ale like finish.   I would agree on the rustic part.   Wished it were a little more spicy tho.   Thanks for the bottle Bill!

Bottle in Breck with my dad. Poured a hazy lemon color with a giant two-finger head; extremely over carbonated. Smell is citrus, fruity hops, light pepper, a hint of funk, and lemon peel. Taste is lemon, straw, pepper, light brett, and a medium bitter finish. Sticky mouthfeel with medium carbonation and a lingering aftertaste. Nice hoppy taste, with a crisp finish. Great beer for the summer.

Beautiful light gold pour with a thick white head, excellent lacing. Aroma is slightly sweet with citrus, floral, and spice. Bitter, followed by a little sweetness - well-balanced. Earthy, hoppy, with pine and spice and some citrus. Finish is bitter and sweet.

Nice beer! The beginning hits you with a bitter orange/lemon peel flavor from the hops. What I like is the personality of the beer. It’s like a cross of a Siason, a Hefeweizen and a farmhouse ale. Soft and bitter from beginning to end. Very slight sweetness. Fresh garden floral. Definately for hop heads. You know when you are on vacation and you try a great beer you never had before and your lovin’ life and thinking about your lady.......are you with me? This beer is like that.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Acquired in a trade with a Texas native. Stoked to try it. Served at cellar temp in a wine glass.
A - Gorgeous golden appearance with hints of darker golden brown. Very hazy and completely cloudy all through. 2-finger head of solid white tight bubbles that subsided very slowly to a single finger and remained. Very nice head lacing.
S - Smells nice. Dry farmhouse funky yeast scent with big citrus notes and peppery spices.
T - Upfront spice with orange peels and slight bitterness but quickly fading hopz. Very attic must like dusty and stuck like an old shoe but that didn’t stick around too long. The finish was lemon and peppers
M - 100% carbonation. light body.
O - This is pretty good. I was hoping for more but it’s not that bad.

Heuartig hopfiger Beginn. Helle, klare und trockene Noten, steigende Herbe. Die Hopfigkeit bleibt angenehm leicht und macht das Bier sehr süffig und dennoch aromatisch, süffig, rund – super! 13/12/13/11/12/12

Good, dry saison. Pours a nice cloudy orange color. Smells of carrots, oddly enough. Taste is very dry, with some carbonation. Not much aftertaste. A good beer!

750ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with huge frothy white head. Complex yeasty aroma, hard to describe all-embracing, slightly spicy, decent malty background. Taste is also yeasty with stronger malty backbone, well balanced, dry finish. Nice.
