Bottle - 750mL crowned. Murky gold with a tall, foamy blond head. Lots of straw and yeast in the nose with light floral hops and dried fruit. Taste is big dusty yeast, floral and grassy hops, straw, dried fruit and faint spice. Body is light-medium with a soft, creamy and bubbly carbonation. Finishes with more yeast notes, bitter hops, floral notes, grassy hops, straw, citrus fruit and tropical fruit notes.

Pours a light orangish color, frothy off white head. Aroma of yeast, some tropical fruit, a bit of light spice(maybe some light cinammon), and herbal hops. Flavor is a nice blend of spice, yeast, light hop bitterness, stone fruit hints. Very cool beer.

A - Pours a fairly clear copper-orange color with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a very slow pace leaving behind some nice lace. S - Aroma is a mix of banana, clove, and other Belgian yeast elements, some grassy and floral hops, lemons, some bready malts, and some farmhouse funk. T - Starts off with some light bready malts with some orange and lemon, with some banana and light floral flavors. Through the middle, some clove and other spices come through with some more yeast flavors and some farmhouse funk. The finish is a mix of bready malt, some floral and grassy hop, light bitterness, and some lemon zest. M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with dry and lightly spicy finish. D - Very drinkable. Nice sessionable Belgian Pale Ale with some extra hops. The Belgian yeast flavor works really nicely with the hops and bready malts.

750ml from the Rare Beer Club. Nice cloudy light orange pour with prickly carbonation, decent lacing. Potent noble hops and raw yeast in the nose, a touch of young citrus and spice. Mouthfeel is playful, with just a touch of heat from varied ingredients. Flavors aren’t quite as complex as the nose promises, drying out rather one-dimensionally. But still refreshing, pert, and enjoyable.

Bottle from Spec's. Pours to style with a flush white head. Smells of hops, pineapple, and straw. Tastes of underfoot peaches and additional hops. Paired with sundried tomatoes like a champ!

Tap at brewpub March 2012 and 2 subsequent bottles-pours lightly hazy darker orange with a frothy white big bubble head with vigerious carbonation. nose is lightly musty, spicy hops, yeast twang, lite fruity esters (very lite lemon). flavors exhibit musty quaities as well-lite spicy hops (much more pronounced on the tap), lite funky yeast and a touch of bread. quite a unique and complex little drink here. The tap version seemed alot more punchy and crisp. With that said, the bottle is very tasty. the tap version shows the great hop profile while the bottle exhibits the awesome yeast twang going on. there is quite a bit of carbonation going on here however, it is not over-carbonated whatsoever. Creamy mouthfeal and round body definately add to the brew. A fantastic brew!

Pours a hazy yellow with a thick foamy white head...great retention and lacing! Aroma has some fruity yeasty notes and a bit of citrus...grassy....faint lemony tartness. Flavor is hoppy and yeasty with spice...saison-like. Mouthfeel is medium and silky...finish is dry and grassy with light spice...nice!

Aroma: Esters. Tart fruits. Hint of mineral and metal. Definite pear. faint cinnamon. Secondary of fresh baked apple pie crust. A mild vegetal herbal bitterness. Appearance: Ulfitered glowing orange-yellow. Beautiful creamy off-white head. A bounteous pillow of beer head. Taste: Yeast. Sourdough bread. Grassy clean finish. Moderate citrus with a tart aftertaste. Mouthfeel: Delicate tart. Slightly funky. Mild and light to medium light. Overall: Nice well constructed Belgian style pale ale. A good exhibition of multiple hop and malt flavors blended nicely. Taste:
