3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 19/20. Pours a dull orange hue with a semi-hazy clarity. Head is 2.5 inches, bright white and fluffy in texture. Thick rings of lacing are formed as the head gradually dissipates into ahalf inch creamy dollop. Nose expresses citrus, Saaz, lemon zest, a hint of candi sugar and a mild spice profile (coriander and pepper), as well as slight yeast presence and a suggestion of ethanol. Taste follows nose; however, there’s more of an earthy hops character. Mouthfeel is medium-light in body (but closer to light) with a pleasant, even carbonation and a semi-dry finish. Overall, a solid domestic representation of the style. Fairly clean with more of ahoppy presence, but definitely within style parameters.

Pours clear golden with a large, creamy, white head. Aroma has funk, crisp malts, apples, light banana, grassy hops. Medium carbonation, nice dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour is fresh, light oak, citrus zest, apples. Super long bitter and mild tart aftertaste.

Cloudy golden colour with a white head with a medium duration and nice lacing. Aroma is floral, hoppy, citrus and yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet, medium bittery giving a good balanced, citrus, fruity and floral notes. Bittery final with a decent duration.

[5/4/13] Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Hazy golden. Funky fruity aroma with a bit of barnyard, sweaty and citric notes and wood. Sour funky flavor, fruity and woody. Medium-bodied, very refreshing.

Bottled. Pours clear, pale amber with a large, creamy, off-white head with fair a fair lacing. Aroma of caramel, citrus, floral notes and yeast. Sweet favourthat ends up fairly bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A nice Belgian inspired pale ale.

Pours cloudy yellow with thick head. Aroma of grass, fresh snow, citrus, yeast, light earth. Taste is very refreshing, with a light balanced sourness. Body is light average to soft carbonation.
