Smell is citrus, fruity hops, light pepper, a hint of funk, and lemon peel. Taste is lemon, straw, pepper, light brett, and a medium bitter finish. Sticky mouthfeel with medium carbonation and a lingering aftertaste. Nice hoppy taste, with a crisp finish.

Pours clear golden with a large, creamy, white head. Aroma has funk, crisp malts, apples, light banana, grassy hops. Medium carbonation, nice dry and fairly light mouthfeel. Flavour is fresh, light oak, citrus zest, apples. Super long bitter and mild tart aftertaste.

Bottled. Pours clear, pale amber with a large, creamy, off-white head with fair a fair lacing. Aroma of caramel, citrus, floral notes and yeast. Sweet favourthat ends up fairly bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A nice Belgian inspired pale ale.
