3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle thanks to JBPortland ! Pours a rusty redish brown color with a touch of gaseous bubbles rising to the top. The nose is wet wood, tart cherry and cranberry and some musky funk. The palate follows with a nice balance of tart fruit and sour acidity. The barrel character and yeast profile add some complexity of spice and must but overall its a pretty average flemish style sour. Nice but nothing to complex but a pleasant drinker !
