(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy amber body with a small off-white head. Aroma of toffee, cherry, cranberry, caramel, and brown sugar. Flavor of caramel, earth, cherry, and oak with a dry finish. Not very sour. Tasted more like a lightly fruity amber ale.

Pours clear chestnut with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma has vinegar, caramel, light red currants. Medium carbonation, dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is sharp tart, vinegar, cherries. Not that well balanced.

Draught. Creamy good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Modeate malty and hoppy and týeasy and sour nice aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. NIce.

Draft at Brewvival. Hazy reddish amber color, thick white head. Aroma of earthy summer fruit. Taste is softly sour apricot, peach, cherry. Tasty.

Bottle thanks to the angrypirate06. RU-55 Drank while listening to RU486. Pours with a deep brown to mahogany hued body with a medium sized off-white head that fades relatively quickly. Aromas are of waxy, sundried and cara cara oranges, brett, wet wood and funk. Medium malt complexity, earthy, vinous, balsamic. Deep and complex. Flavors are of acid, mostly lactic with medium acidic. Deep malt overtones including toast, roast and caramel, massively vinous and strongly lactic. Pencil shaving and iodine. Good acidity. Slightly rustic with a negative connotation. Complex and quite sour, very light butyric acid. Very lively carbonation, dry. Feels bigger than 7.3%. Good, straight forward lacticly sour red. Overall nicely sour, with a slightly awkward but deep woodsy and waxy funk profile.

Bottle shared @ Oakquinox 2013. Amber pour with an off-white head. Good balance to the aroma. Mild vinegar, oak, and nice cherry. Some sweet caramel malt, a bit of grass, and tart plum. There’s a moderate vinegar sourness to the flavor. Tart cherry and plum fruit notes, some sweet caramel, oak, and grass. High carbonation and a dry finish.
