Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of straw, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, and straw, leading to a dry lemony finish.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, February 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a large white head and lacings. Nose is fresh hops. Peach, flowers, grapefruit and yeast. Dry and hoppy flavor. Fresh and crisp. American Saison like. Nice

Bottle @ Papsoe tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are citrus, pine, peach, caramel, flowers, malt and hops.

finishing up after the event ... copper ... no heads ... soft zezty rye... light farmyard funk nose ... mellow juicy fruits ... zezty ... sweet ... toffee ... this has become even more drinkable than i remember ... but im sticking at 3.8 its damn nice.
