COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Jever Fun is brewed as a normal-strength beer (Vollbier) and the alcohol is then removed in a specially developed process.

Pale golden colour, white head. Sweet malty aroma, bread, quite hoppy, less aromatic than normal Jever. Sweet flavour, some bitter hops. Sweetness seems to be unbalanced. Palate is quite thin and watery. Not bad for a low alcohol beer, not my first choice though.
(From 0,5L bottle @ Café We gaan beginnen, Nijmegen, Netherlands)

Bottle from Systembolaget. This one looks just like the rest of them with a watery yellow liquid. The smell is chemical and the taste is similar, I can sense some bread in the background and it has a not to pleasent bitterness. No this beer should probably rename itself to Not so Fun.

Een van de minste alcoholvrije bieren. Erg waterig en erg bitter. Als dorstlesser na het sporten kan het er net mee door.

330ml bottle (Viisi Pennia, Helsinki) - shared by Tina - thanks!
Cornflake aroma. Papery palate. Finish is papery hops. Thin and a bit watery, but kinda refreshing I guess. Remarkably similar to the ordinary Jever.

Bottled. Golden colour, lacy and creamy head. Grassy nose, some birch leaves. Neutral flavor is, dry and slightly grainy finishing slightly bitter and metallic. Watery body.

Furseth (1612) - Kungälv, SWEDEN - NOV 9, 2011
Bottle: Clear yellow colour, with a creamy head. Aroma is dominated of sry hopy/fruity/Flowery nose, with a nice sweet maltynes. Flavor had a dry fruity mouthfeeling, balanced with sweet maltynes, thin body and a long dry fruity/bitter finish.
