COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unique in taste. The secret lies in the water, which is still taken from the same well used well over 100 years ago. The water from our well is unusually pure and soft. That allows us to add a touch more hops to create the Friesian-bitter taste that distinguishes Jever Pilsner from any other beer.

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve had a taste of Jevers Pilsner, as it’s difficult to impossible to find in US, but as good as any pilsner as I’ve had. Better, actually.

It must be the water because this pilsner is very good. Tastes like a traditional german pilsner with a high level of biter taste but a smooth, clean and crisp palate.

This, in my opinion, is the pinnacle of pilsener. It is my favorite beer, hands down.

Pale yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma is a bit sour typical macro malt. Flavor is hay and bread with a hint of citrus and an overall hoppy bitterness.

0,5L can Not the best aroma, a bit skunky, but the body is bursting full of biscuity pilsner malts and herbaceous hops. Medium bodied with a solid bitter finish. Suprisingly good!
