COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unique in taste. The secret lies in the water, which is still taken from the same well used well over 100 years ago. The water from our well is unusually pure and soft. That allows us to add a touch more hops to create the Friesian-bitter taste that distinguishes Jever Pilsner from any other beer.

Pale yellow/golden colour with minimal head. Aroma is very bitter, hoppy. Taste is also bitter, I detected a hidden vegetable/spices taste which comes along with the refreshing hops flavour.

Bottle from Drink Monger. Pours a blonde colour with a thin white head. Aroma of grassy hops, alcohol, caramel and Weetabix malt. Similar flavours of corn, alcohol, caramel and grassy hops. Surprisingly bitter. Mild carbonation with light CO2 prickle. Lingering bitterness and a little metallic. Not bad.
