SirSlarty (68), Reading, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 17, 2007 Honestly this tastes every bit as bitter and hoppy as for example Samuel Adams but more grassy. Smells grassy too. Light yellow in color. Definitely good but not a favorite of mine.
yespr (6000), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 7, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a huge white head. Smooth and hoppy aroma, mild fruity. Flavour is mild sweet at first but is soon taken over by a potent bitterhops flavour with a mild fruity accent. Ends smooth yet with a solid bitterness bite. Surprisingly good given the other strange Jevers around. alexsdad06 (605), Ohio, USA Aug 1, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear pale golden color with a medium sized frothy white head. The aroma was grainy, bready, and some hoppy notes as well. The flavor is more grain and bready, light fruit, bittering hops. Light/medium mouthfeel with a dry bitter finish. Not something I would do again. mec3437 (53), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Jul 30, 2008 Lively aroma, and smooth drinking. A bit bitter on the aftertaste. Not really my cup of tea, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d drink it again. sebletitje (187), Tampa, Florida, USA Jul 29, 2008 50cl bottle.
Golden with light white head.
Aroma is grainy and hoppy.
Taste is wheat, malty and some herbs.
Lightly bitter aftertaste with a metalic pilsner taste.
Not my style. Butters (298), Richmond, Virginia, USA Jul 27, 2008 Pours a clear pale yellow with minimal white head but decent lacing. Sweet and grainy aroma. Solid pilsner flavors, earthy. Saaz hops? Pretty good for a pilsner.
