Poured a dark golden body with a small white head. Grainy, somewhat fruity nose with a noticeable alcohol presence. The taste is dominated by a sticky fruity maltiness, some grain ending with a crude hop bitterness. Alcohol noticeable. Ok but there are far more balanced beers at that strength.

Jan 22, 2009 Bottle. Average fizzy white head that mostly lasted. Spare display of lacework. Clear golden color. Fair display of lacework. Strong notes of malt and alcohol. Mild fruit, toast malt, caramel and light floral feel. Medium bodied, average carbonation, alcohol texture. Moderate sour sweet, mild bitter. Alcohol and malty finish.
