COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
JISKRA = Jihlavský světle karamelový Radniční Ale Nefiltrované, nepasterizované, svrchně kvašené pivo, které svou hořkostí připomíná pivo typu APA (American Pale Ale), ale díky nižšímu množství alkoholu je to taková lehká letní varianta. Pivo slámové barvy, s výraznou hořkostí a chmelovou vůní - hořký Cream Ale. V chuti je náznak citrusových plodů a jehličnanů. EPM: 10,5° plato. Barva: 10 EBC. Sládek: Jára Dorážka. Složení: český slad, chmely Cascade a Chinook, lahodná jihlavská voda, pivovarské kvasnice.

Pours clear pale body with two finger head. Aroma is spicy, little bit herbal with some diacetyl. Taste includes weak maltyness with spicy hops upfront. Body is light but with good carbonation. Palate is going torwards the hop which is not perfect for such as small gravity beer. No sweetness to balance it out.

Postupně sem budu doplňopvat piva, co jsem vypil a zapsal si, chvilku to asi bude trvat a proto k těm dříve vypitým pivům nebudou žádné "dojmy"

On tap at zizkovske pivobrani 2012. Golden with a lasting cream head; aroma of pine, menthol and old leather sandals; light bitterness with a pleasant saltiness and citric tang. Something between an apa and a cream ale and pretty drinkable

EithCubes (4743) - New Jersey, USA - AUG 6, 2012
UPDATED: AUG 7, 2012 Draught at the 16th BBF, as their "Pale Ale". Hazy dark golden with a sudsy, lacing beige head. Dank hoppy nose with a lot of orange, taste is medium-strong bitter with pith and rind, but a soft light-medium body. Hops aren’t too special, but I can’t shake the feeling that this is a good step forward for the Czech brewing industry. [3.2] Re-rate from the bottle: stronger bitterness, drier and tastier, but the details stand. Yummy. [3.4]

Tap at Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Big creamy head. Hazy golden colour. Aroma hops, rather mild before tasting. Taste hops, grassy, citrus fruits, medium bitter, very light caramel sweet. Excellent hoppy drinkable light beer. Finish is bitter, quite long, hoppy, a bit earthy.

(on tap @ Kulovy Blesk, Prague)golden-amber colour, hazy, almost creamy white head. Smells fruity - maybe lychee. Aroma is fruity and citrussy, though not as much as the smell indicates and as one would expect from an APA, because the pale malty base becomes more dominant. Taste with quite some hop bitterness, no sweetness. Taking into consideration the low abv, there is a lot of aroma and a good mouthfeel. Overall a very good session beer with a light body and a dry finish, which makes you want to drink more of it.
